We are famous for our legendary Birchermüesli. It is prepared fresh daily by our confectioners from oat flakes, small pieces of hazelnuts, milk and fluffy whipped cream. The taste experience is rounded off with sweet fruits such as apples, currants, raspberries, pineapples and bananas.
